Summary: Location was perfect. Room layout was a bit odd. It was a loft with 2 queens were upstairs with a table and bathroom downstairs. Quite interesting if you need to get up and use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall the hotel was fine.

Summary: The Farm & Fire restaurant on the first floor was excellent. The service at Front Desk was also very good. We called to see if we could check in early as we got there earlier and they did allow us to do that. Thank you!

Summary: The ac is a mini split for a big room and it is not enough, also if you bring a big van like a suburban or expedition doesn't fit the parking

Summary: The hotel looks really nice in the picture. But its really average looking in person. Its extremely over priced. We paid $1100 for two nights. We don't mind paying that amount for 5 star standard hotel. However, our room was facing a wall, it's pretty small, no safety box and there were pubic hair in the bathroom.

Summary: Excellent location right on main Banff so quick access to downtown. For the price point (almost $700/night), you have some expectation of room build and soundproofing. You are provided with sets of ear plugs in anticipation of outside noise including rooms next door. It is like walls have no sound proofing, so that is disappointing given the price point.

Summary: Location is great, right in the main avenue, so easy to go out and see the town, stroll to the Bow Falls, etc. Shuttle access also very convenient. Obviously this is also reflected in the steep price. The rooms are pretty neat, with a loft for the bedroom, while the living room and bathroom are downstairs. However, this 2-storey setup may not be the most friendly for older guests or people who need the bathroom in the night; and obviously not for anyone who has accessibility issues. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Check-in staff were super friendly & efficient. Not really any encounters with any other staff.
